Last year this time, I played a joke on my parents. I decided to come out of the womb 5 weeks earlier than they had anticipated. Exactly one year later, I decided to play another joke. Just as my parents were getting ready for my 1st birthday party, I spiked a fever. Many of my friends decided not to come to the party so they wouldn't get sick. Instead of being my usual happy party girl self, I was pretty quiet and just wanted my mom to hold me. It was not the party my parents had expected just as a year ago, it was not the birth that my parents had anticipated. I am very sneaky!
